What is the smallest and brighest flashlight? - streamlight scorpion flashlight

I reallly have to find a small flashlight, a high light output (at least 120 lumens or more). If you are familiar with flashlights, so please inform me about it, I have the Streamlight Scorpion LED. I would also like the flashlight must be at least 8 cm or smaller. Thanks
