When should I watch the swing table exchanges. I usually look at the graph of 1 month with the MACD, RSI, volume stockastic and support.

Anything you want. Seriously. Everyone has a holding period, which is more convenient. Some people use cards in the week. some use bars 15 minutes. Probably I would say should have 4 times the smoothing factor of their labels. If you have a MACD 9 days, then you should see at least 36 days in the table, just for context.
