Absolutely. Around 8 months old, ready to open the possibly real fork. Banana is wonderful to eat with a fork to crush. My son is 8 months old, as well, and there is a large dining room. It could also provide 3 meals a day. Even meat. In this age group are Actibva and the demand for calories and nutrients for energy and growth. So yeah, go ahead and improve your diet, you will know when they are full.

Yes, why not. , Recommend to bear fruit for lunch and dinner for grain because the grain is filled and it is your baby sleep longer.
I give my 9 months of old rice cereal for breakfast, fruit and vegetables for lunch with the yogurt in the afternoon followed by dinner and I do cereal. Its home very easily. You can take what you want rice (brown rice as I can) cream of wheat, barley, oats, whole grains, beans or lentils, and add a small piece of meat or chicken that you can use many combinations of vegetables, like cabbage, tomatoes, Spinach and potatoes can use many combinations. Always a combination of two vegetables, a little salt and water and simmer for 15 minute car drive very healthy for your baby and give him all the carbohydrates, lipids and proteirns and fiber.Hope this helps.
