I have a 35% carbamide peroxide and plateaus of the mouth of the line. His fate be large tooth whitening.

I was instructed to wear every day for 5 minutes, then go to 10 if I feel.

I've tried once for 5 minutes. Gum stinks, but once your out of your fine.

Whoever uses this and it really works? and if so, how many sessions it takes 10 minutes?
