Fha Qualify If I Am Leasing An Apartment, Can I Still Qualify For An FHA Loan?

If I am leasing an apartment, can I still qualify for an FHA loan? - fha qualify

We all know now that using an FHA loan, you must be an owner-occupier. If I am renting an apartment, but want to resolve to buy a house, and take after my current contract expires, I get an FHA loan? Or is denied me, because I currently occupy another house? Suppose the house, and I'm for a loan from the FHA otherwise considered.

The FHA does not approve the leaders, but nothing else. It's not as if they expect to live on the street.

I think if you earn enough to pay for both and is always less than 39% of their monthly salary (including all fees, car payments, credit cards, etc.), for example. $ 500 for a car, $ 1,500 for rent plus $ 100 for credit cards.

be approved if a mortgage is less than 39% of monthly gross income, you should be able to.

You should also make sure that you .. good credit and this will help:)
